how to prepare for big bang edge test
Answers
When I had not attempted,I thought that every question will be from text but when I have attempted, then I came to know that many things are not included in our syllabus that was there in FIITJEE CURRICULUM. I have been given the paper on 8:45. I then filled omr details (sooo long ) . I also devoted 5 mins from my actual time. Then at 9:05 am I had opened the seal (FIITJEE) ..THE First part was mental ability..I took hardly some 55 mins for 30 questions (mat) .and I am pretty sure that I would get full in mental ability.then came physics it was also based on concepts. Chem was slightly tougher than physics.then maths(favourite subject) it was moderate.biology was out of control .then second part came it was also good . The overall rating for first paper is 4 star as it didn't contain any negative marking. Then I came out,I ate roti and paneer (mood fresh) .I took a round around the school.then the time came for grandson of jee advance (bbet 2nd paper) .I entered the class with full excitement and then the same thing for OMR it was sooo long . I opened the seal and I saw physics it was easy chem -easy ,bio -really exhausted ,maths - good . Second part as well as third part contains negative marking. So I have done very carefully and fourth section was quite good .The overall rating for 2nd paper is 3 star .let's see how much could I get.
it's not mine feedback but others....
Step-by-step explanation:
let's discuss the preparation of each subject for Big Bang Edge Test.
Physics
Physics is not that tough in the exam. You first of all need to understand the concepts of NCERT well, be thorough with NCERT and then study some topics from class XI or XII books. Those topics are combination of resistors, magnetic effects due to current carrying arc, etc.
Chemistry
Chemistry is a little bit tough, especially in Paper 2. So I recommend you to study the topics of chapters Acids, Bases and Salts and Metals and Non Metals from higher class books. Also, be thorough with NCERT for all the chapters.
Maths
Understand the concepts well. Practice from NCERT and any other reference book. That would be enough for Paper 1. But for Paper 2, practice from any IIT Foundation book which contains questions of that difficulty level.
Mental Ability
Yes, there are 30 questions of Mental Ability in Paper 1, but no question in Paper 2. This can help you gain a lot of marks or loss a lot of marks. Mental Ability of this exam is quite easy and you need do not need any extra preparation for it, just solve previous year papers to get an idea about the same.
Final Words
So guys this was all what I could share from my experience of FIITJEE Big Bang Edge.
