Schaum's outline for stage 1 astronomy
Introduction to modern astrophysics for other stages but yeah the mechanics portion of this book is not enough for IAO but enough for INAO so u should prefer some other high level books for later stages after u have qualified...
The other topics of this book are beyond INAO but helpful for IAO
You can also use some other books like fundamentals of astronomy or astronomy: principles and practices for observation rounds
First clear ur concepts with physics i.e.mostly optics, mechanics and thermodynamics.
Learn calculus and Trigonometry too.
