I will mention some steps only:
1. Understand all concepts in deep, because JEE is not like a school exam. You should be having a deep knowledge to solve any type of question
2. Don't leave any doubts in your mind. Ask someone your doubt and clear it.
3. Solve as many questions as you can.
4. Try solving in time. Confine yourself. Solve complete 3 hrs papers to increase your speed and accuracy.
5. Reduce internet usage. Instead of reading answers on quora,or joining groups for practice on facebook, read your books and solve problems. That is what is actually gonna help you.
6. Just relax and be focused.
If you do all this properly, trust me you can excel in JEE.
