So I will give you instructions and ingredients first ingredients
The potato mixture
1. 2 tea spoon oil
2. 1/2 table spoon mustard
3. Pinch of hing or in English asafoetida
4. Few curry leaves
5. 1 inch ginger crushed
6. 2 clove garlic crushed
7. Chilli finely chopped
8. 2 table spoon coriander finely chopped
9. 1/4 tea spoon turmeric or in Hindi haldi
10. 2 potato boiled and mashed
11. 1/2 tea spoon salt
12. 1 table spoon lemon juice
For Basen batter
1. 3/4 cup of basen or in English gram flour
2. 1 table spoon rice flower
3. 1/2 tea spoon haldi or in English turmeric
4. 1/4 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder
5. Pinch of hing or in English asafoetida
6. 1/4 tea spoon salt
7. 1/4 tea spoon baking soda
8. 1/2 cup of water
9. Oil for deep frying
Other ingredients
1. 6 ladi pav or in English dinner rolls
2. 7 green chilli
3. 6 tea spoon of green chutney
4. 3 tea spoon tamarind chutney
5. 3 teaspoon of dry garlic chutney
Instructions
Step 1 firstly take ball sized potato mixture and dip in bed an batter and coat well
Step 2
Deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally
Step 3
