How to present blancing equation in boards class 10th I mean do we need to make those boxes and coloum for number of atoms in LHS (Reactants) and RHS(Product) etc or we can directly write the balance equation!!

Explanation: The simple thing to do in balancing equations are taking the atomic number of each atom separately. For examle:

We have H2 + O2 = H2O

LHS. RHS

H= 2. 2

O= 2. 1

By writing 2 in front of O2

We get,

H2 +2O2 = H2O

LHS. RHS

H. 2. 2

O. 4. 2

Now by writing 2 in front of H2O we get,

H2 +2O2 = 2H2O

Now by writing 2 in front of H2 we get the balanced equation :

2H2 +O2 = 2H2O
