HOW TO PREVENT EFFECTS OF INERTIA? FOR EXAMPLE, YOU LEAP FORWARD WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED SUDDENLY. HOW TO PREVENT THIS ??

I guess you can move in the opposite direction of the force... like when the breaks are applied , you can try to move backwards which creates friction and thus you don’t fall forward... I don’t really think you CAN stop inertia !!..
