India is very backward from industrial.point of view. Hardly 3% of total working population engaged them in industrial work. So " how to produce" is a major problem for us because there are not much equipment for the production . Because there is no equipment so the equipments collected are costly . If production will be costly then sailing price will be higher . So as a result the demand for that production will decrease. Then no one try to establish a productive factory because of immense loss. So "how to produce" is a complex problem for less developed country like India.
