1. Working in a ‘top-down approach’ rather than ‘bottom-up approach’.
2. Creating awareness about the importance of education in life and its impact on the development of the country.
3. Awareness through seminars, public speech etc...
4. Providing basic amenities life food, water, electricity supply and development of infrastructure.
5. Training to the existing teachers in village schools or providing jobs for the teachers who are well knowledgable in their respective subject.
6. Making the students to understand as much as possible.
7. Teaching practically helps the students to understand the concept clearly instead of reading the chapters as ditto.
8. Analysing the ability of each child in the classrooms and teaching them accordingly.
9. Providing fund to the panchayats for promoting education through implementation of policies and programmes.

These are some important ways to promote education in rural areas. It’s not only in the hands of government, it includes our coordination and cooperation. This proves our governance is to achieve cooperative federalism.
