Date and time both can be written in long form as well as short form.
The long form of date is written like Wednesday, August 8, 2018 (keep note of the correct punctuation mark).
While the short form of date is written numerically like 8/8/2018 (month/date/year).
Time can be written in 12-hour format or 24-hour format.
