  1. Open Microsoft Word.
  2. Click on Review.
  3. At the last [Top Right End], you can see the Protect option.
  4. Click on it.
  5. Then click on Restricted Access.
  6. Then you can see a dialogue box will appear.
  7. Fill the dialougue box [Private].
