1. By adding captcha after Username and Password box for proceeding for further consideration.
2. You can protect any website from brute force attacks by deactivating the account for a day, for third failed login attempt (but that can cause chaos as everyone can deactivate your account)
3. Replacing Text passwords with Fingerprints or iris scanned details or face recognition system
Good Passwords
should be more than 10 characters and should include alphanumeric characters, alphabets ( capital and small ), and numerical.
Shouldn't have a similar pattern and don't include the username.
