______________________________

Cos² x + Sin² x = 1

PROOF:-

put x equal to any angle suppose x = 45

=>

L.H.S

Cos² 45 + Sin² 45

=>

( 1/√2)² + ( 1/√2)²

=>

( 1/2) + ( 1/2)

=>

2/2

= 1 Hence proved

\sin^2A\cos^2B-\cos^2A\sin^2B=\sin^2A-\sin^2B proved.

Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the provided information.

\sin^2A\cos^2B-\cos^2A\sin^2B=\sin^2A-\sin^2B

Consider the LHS.

\sin^2A\cos^2B-\cos^2A\sin^2B

\sin^2A(1-\sin^2B)-(1-\sin^2A)\sin^2B               (∴\cos^2x=1-\sin^2x)

\sin^2A-\sin^2A\sin^2B-\sin^2B+\sin^2A\sin^2B

\sin^2A-\sin^2B

Hence, proved.
