A man's friends are reflection of his own character. A foolish friend would reflect you as a foolish person. Friendship affects a man. If you are with a foolish person sooner or later you will become foolish.
A wise enemy is far more better than a foolish friend. He will pose you with several challenges, every-time you would be forced to strive hard to prove yourself better. A foolish friend can't help you, but a wise enemy can indirectly force you to act wisely.
So it is better to have wise enemy than to have foolish friends.
