Since RP and RC are tangents from common common point to the circle A, they are equal.
==> RP = RC ----- (1)
Similarly RQ = RC ------ (2)
From (1) and (2)
PR = RQ
Hence CR bisects PQ.
==> RP = RC ----- (1)
Similarly RQ = RC ------ (2)
From (1) and (2)
PR = RQ
Hence CR bisects PQ.
