Practice would be my first advice. Recite it a few times just the way you would want to recite it in front of people.
Next would be, get started with reciting your poems or performing your speech, in front of audience. If you don’t start, you will not reach where you have to be. The confident you will gain by performing it to people is exactly what you are looking for. Don’t bother about how bad it goes the first time, or the second time, or the third time, just know that you are learning to be comfortable out on that platform,
