Meditation....

When you meditate you remain at a state of peace and relieve yourself of all your tensions by forgetting everything and just concentrating on your breathing .....

So it is a proven method for reducing anxiety

Second option may be listening to good music...music is a great healer....it distracts you from you tension and worries and you feel fresher...
