How to reduce big matrix containing many zeros to smaller of ,matrix?

According to some users, Windows 32-bit only has 4 GB memory address space. Generally 2 GB is allocated to the OS and 2 GB is left for application. You can add the /3GB switch statement to your boot.ini file to allocate 1 GB to the OS and 3 GB to applications.
