hii guys.....I don't know exact treatment but I can only tell u that ....plz take complete nd proper sleep...nd if then u didn't get relief then use suitable spectacles prescribed by good doctor ok..,hope it will help u

Close your eyes and rest.

Massage your neck and temples.

warm up your neck try putting a heating pad or a warm cloth around.

Relax.

Minimize stress.
