To reduce pressure from the mind you should take rest for some days...in simple words if we will say then you need a peaceful holiday...in which no stressful mind...no work...no pressure of other people.....and ya one more thing is important nd that is to do meditation..... every night jst before sleeping you should meditate...it will give peace to your mind......
