In this 21st century , this 5 letter word has become common on most of the teenagers and youngsters. Stress causes tension which leads to headaches or any other disorder.

Even stress affects our health, causes problems like heart problem, severe head ache, etc. But , for people, it's a normal part of their life. It can seriously affect your health if stress can't be handled. 

According to one survey done in United kingdom, it was found that 70% people experienced stress due to heavy workload, internal distress etc. 

What are it's causes ?

=> Severe Dissatisfaction 
=> Long hours work
=> Discrimination/ Harrassment
=> Chronical diseases / disorders
=> Disaster / rape / violence 

So, managing stress is very important and to get rid of it, one must do the following : 

=> Exercise
=> Meditate ( Yoga )
=> Smile , Laugh
=> Spend time with family , friends
=> Balanced food/ diet
=> Breathe deeply, cool down.
=> Listening to music

One can follow the above tips and get out of stress.
