hey mate here is your answer...
1) u should keep learning regularly what is to be done that day so u will be confident if u r asked any questions related to that topic
2) during exams while reading take a regular break for 5-10 minutes in this period of time u need to walk, drink water, be relax, and do something that makes u feel happy
3) make a time table and read to subjects while a day if u have learn subject which need mind and after some time change your subject learn some language
4) have a enough sleep of 6-7 hours at night
5) at morning when u r having exam just revise what u have learned
