just you have to take a ntse form from any online cafe .

fill it and also past a photocopy of you Xl mark sheet with it..

take signature of your principle and summit it in your school .if your school is not summiting the form ..

you can also summit form online form any cafe and yea last date of submission is 29 sep summit fast...
