Actually what u are going to read about stress relief may not that perfect
1.Talk to yourself more than others whom you are not that close. It helps u to know ur weakness and even your plus points.
2. Study little but study that well. This really helps.
3. Do analysis of your timetable and your environment as well yourself.
4. Set a goal because without a destination u will reach nowhere and that will cause u to suffer from frustration thereby leading to increased stress levels.
