ACCORDING to me the best method is..
suppose there is the formulas of trigonometry. and u try to learn it but u forgot every formula...so at first write all the formulas of the chapter in a page and when u open your book for solving the questions of the chapter the formula written page must be in front of u....when the formula based questions come just see the paper in which formula is written and u will be learning the formulas soon.. and when you completed the chapter and learned the formulas just paste the formula on wall so that it will be rembered whenever u see it..
