hi there..! here is your answer to the question...
firstly revise everything...which u have read and then take a paper ...plane sheet and write everything which u remembered...try to teach yourself...think like u r teaching someone...
and then see what u have left with...and recap all the topics...and try to make notes with short tricks...notes like if someone see your notes...she or he can't understand what u have written..

like if u r making notes of geography or history...and u have to learn states name or capital name...
and make short form of it...
