it is somewhat difficult to remove any addiction. I think you should do something else gud that will replace this addiction. you should try to avoid mobile phone by not keeping you beside you. .and many other ways. .

It’s as simple as that. Hell won’t freeze over if your phone stays switched off for a few hours, and that’ll help you sleep better as well.
