How to remove mobile addiction? Give solutions in detail.

The best way to remove mobile addiction is better not to start using it.

If you have started using it then use as much required and not more that. Over usage causes strain in our eyes and gives rise to various problems like headache,mental stress etc

We all know that in present generation the usage of Mobile increased .

→ There are more disadvantages when compared to advantages of using mobile.

PROBLEM CAUSED BY ADDITIONAL USAGE OF MOBILE:

→ They affect both our mental and physical health.

→ When we use our mobile we become lazy , so due to lack of work to our body muscles and other parts they get weakened.

→ Our eyes also starts loosing its power due to over usage.

→ They over usage of mobile also affects our thinking and mentally cause many problem

→ Few get very depressed.

WAYS TO AVOID ADDICTION:

→ Go and talk with your friend, and relatives or family members. This makes us get rid of the depression.

→ Go and play out with friends,this makes us physically fit and healthy.

→ Have good sleep , early to bed without using mobile for last 1hour before sleeping. This makes our mind active and controls ourselves from over usage of Mobile.

→Follow this continuously for 21 days. You can see the miracle that happens from the 22nd day.

→ It is scientifically proven that , if we follow some activity for 21days properly, Then our body and mind will adapt to that .
