take a hand sanitizer , toothbrush , warm water
put the hand sanitizer over ink stain and rub it with the tooth brush by dipping the tooth brush in warm water and brush it with applying medium force this will help u I saw in you tube and it will work

to remove the stain..
dip the stained region in a bowl of milk.
after 5 mins wash it with vinegar and baking soda paste..
then wash as normal..
however I don't think it will work on jeans.
