first draw line a b equals to 9.6 units and then taking another unit equals to 10.6 the whole choosing the midpoint of AC and drawing a semicircle after that the point 9.6 is drawn perpendicular to the semicircle the point at which they both intersect taking that distance drawing an Arc extending the AC at which the arc intersect is 9.6 on the number line
