Answer:

Obtain the positive real number x=9.5.

Draw a line and mark a point A on it.

Mark a point B such that AB=9.5.

From point B mark a distance of 1 unit and mark the new point as C.

Find the mid popping of AC and mark the point as O.

Draw a circle with center O and radius OC.

  • AB line segment =9.3 cm
  • BC=1cm
  • draw perpendicular bisector of AC
  • Mark point O where perpendicular bisector intersect the no. line
  • Taking OA as radius draw a semicircle
  • Now from point B draw 90 degree angle
  • Mark point D where line of 90 degree and semicircle intersect
  • Now taking BD as radius mark point on no. line
  • the point E is under root 9.3
