To represent velocity time graph the slope is acceleration. Hence if the graph has a straight line that is it means constant acceleration. If velocity is taken on y axis and time on x axis then slope is y2-y1/x2-x1.

Slope or acceleration in 0-1 s= 2.5/1=2.5 m/s^2

1-2seconds,

Acc=5-2.5/2-1=2.5/1=2.5m/s^2

Hence slope is same for both cases. Therefore graph will be straight line with slope 2.5.

chipya: Just draw a line passing through origin and slope 2.5 with positive x axis
raji22: mm
