Generally (as far as I am aware) I am not abusing anyone else’s rights as I go about my day to day life. Even when I am posting on the web, or driving down the road, or ranting about someone in my blog I am not abusing anyone else’s rights.
You really have to go out of your way to take someone else’s rights. And even if you do - either by accident, or on purpose - you can generally apologise and try to make amends because that’s what civilised people do.
