How to restrict a YouTube channel in a mobile so that others using the mobile don't watch videos from that channel...??

There's no way. At most, you may log out your Google account to prevent any cases to occur.

delete the video from your channels so you can remove the video

go on setting & their will have options of restrict mood turn it on
but in that way we can't restrict a youtube channel videos that we don't want specifically...!!
so what should I do
You can hide ur youtube app or u can stop the notifications from that app..
