Right to Information act- Through this instrument we can know the status of our pending work in government department. For example - we can file RTI to know the passport application status.
Use of technology, we can carry smart phones and record a audio or video. This can be used as evidence after we file complaint against public official. Or at least we can get our work done without being part of corruption.
