I presume that by full marks you mean 10 CGPA.

Three months is sufficient for getting 10 CGPA in class 10. Here is what you need to do subject wise :

Mathematics : Your first target should be to complete the NCERT from cover to cover. Don't leave a single example and question. Then you should do previous years questions and sample papers. Analyse the topics in which you are weak and practice them more.

Science : Here also NCERT is the book that you should complete first. After doing this you should practice questions from the question bank of any good publisher like Oswaal or Together With. After doing this solve the previous year questions and sample papers.

Social Science : NCERT is the GOD book in this subject. Read the NCERT thoroughly. Make sure that you know the answers of all intext and exercise questions of NCERT. After this do the previous year questions and sample papers.

English : For English, buy the Oxford Comprehensive Guide. It is an excellent book and it will cater to all your needs.Practice all the types of questions of writing section. Do all the NCERT questions and make sure that you understand the gist of every poem and prose. Previous year questions and sample papers are must.

Hindi : Buy a good guide and study it thoroughly. Practice the writing section regularly and pay attention to grammar. Previous year questions and sample papers are a must here too.

This may seem too much to some but believe me that with regular studies you could do this and achieve your target.

Best of Luck

thanks
