1. Sign in to the Azure Portal as either a Security Administrator, Conditional Access Administrator or Global Administrator

2. Click on Azure Active Directory, then click Properties

3. Select the link at the bottom labeled Manage Security Defaults

4. Set the Enable Security Defaults toggle to Yes

5. Select Save
