when you are typing the answer, at the bottom left you will see a plus symbol at the topmost left. Click on that. It again shows 3 options, select 2nd one.
It will show few like click photo, draw or choose from gallery. Choose the appropriate one. Then you can adjust the photo, and click save. That's it. Your job's done.
