How to separate a mixture of sodium chloride and sand?

Method:-Water dissolution, filtration, and evaporation: Sodium chloride is easily soluble in water, while sand does not dissolve in water. To separate out sodium chloride from sand, one can dissolve the mixture of sodium chloride and sand in water.

sodium chloride dissolves in water easily..

but sand doesnt...

so,after sodium chloride is dissolved , sand can be filtered..

and later through evaporation sodium chloride can be obtained...
