How to separate glucose and fructose from their mixture?

I am working on sugars and want to separate fructose from glucose. Retention time of fructose is 2.2 and glucose is 2.3 column temp is 28 and solvent composition is 68% acetonitrile and 32 % water. Because the difference is very less. Peaks are not separating and showing as one peak just of glucose at 2.3 when injected as a mixture. But individually they show different retension
