Immiscible means that the liquids don't dissolve in each other.

ex:- oil, water;  kerosene, water ; etc---

the separation of two immiscible liquids can be done through separating funnel .

for example :-

Take water and kerosene. pour the two liquids into the funnel and left for a short time to settle out and form two layers. when The tap of the funnel is opened and the bottom liquid is allowed to run. The two liquids are now separated.

in this case water will settle down because it has higher density than kerosene.

hope it helps !!

Explanation:

Immiscible liquids are those which won't mix to give a single phase. Oil and water are examples of immiscible liquids - one floats on top of the other.
