How to separate two stainless steel bowls with are struck in each other

If two stainless steel bowls are stuck you can separate them
in two ways:

1. Place the lower bowl in hot water and fill the upper one
with ice cubes. Wait for a few minutes. The top bowl will contract slightly and
the lower bowl will enlarge a bit due to the difference in temperature. This
will loosen the bowls and you can separate them easily.

2. You can soak a paper towel with a little oil and wipe the
point of contact between the two bowls. This will help you to slide the two
bowls apart.
