In art because I can draw very nice but can't shade

The most important element when it comes to shading is value. Value is the principle that focuses on how dark or light something is, which is essentially the essence of shading. So knowing the principles of shadow, midtones, cast, and highlight is great, and knowing where highlights are is important. But you need to know how to use it.

I would recommend using pencils 2H, HB, 2B, 4B, and 6B to start.
