You need to show it with the help of a cross.
Take round yellow pea plants and wrinkled green pea plants.
When we cross these two traits we get round yellow pea plants which shows they are dominant traits.
But when these F1 progeny are crossed among themselves we get four variety of pea plants of combination:
• Round yellow.
• Wrinkled yellow.
• Round green.
• Wrinkled green.
These are represented genotypically in the ratio 9:3:3:1.
