How to shutdown or restart another computer using cmd?

Follow The Following Steps :
1. Click the Start button and search cmd and run as administrator.
2. Type shutdown -i and press ↵ Enter.
3. Look for the program named "Remote Shutdown Dialog". On the Upper right side you will see an Add button. Click it.
4. Wait for a blank box to appear. Write the IP address of that computer you want to shutdown or restart. If you don't know about IP address,you can use this page to find it.
5. Choose if you want to shut down or restart a computer.
6. Select in the options "Hardware: Maintenance (Planned)".You can write comments or not. Then click Ok.
