hey I believe the best way to sing a base note is to relax the muscle around your voice box or also known as the larynx this relaxes your voice tension and will help to reduce your vocal range hence resulting in a base note hope it helps you! and good luck!

Base notes are usually sung by your actual voice like the one in which you talk but it is even better to sing in a little lower pitch than the one's in which u talk
