a. Do one thing at a time and avoid doing many things together.

b. Focus even if you don't like it will develop your will power.

c. Meditate at least for 10mins in 24hrs. Just like gym is necessary for our body meditation is necessary for our mind.

d. Challenge yourself with new task and keep experimenting with the thing and Make sure to learn from those things.

e. Be with those people who are good at concentrating while reading or studying.
