The same way you study for 8 hours in 1 hour OR Eat Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner in 10 minutes OR Run a Full Marathon in 1 Hour.

What i mean it is an impossible thing to do.

Please understand the reason for going to sleep is to refresh the worn out cells and tissues of the body and to give it time to recover from any abuse either physical/Mental/Emotional it may have suffered during the working day.

The body is a huge and complex chemical laboratory and all chemical reactions take certain time to start/develop and complete.Hence Sleep of 6 to 8 hours is the period during all these restorative functions are taking place.

If you try to squeeze 8 hours sleep into 1 hour it may work for a few days but soon you will feel disoriented and listless.
