2⁻³ x (-7)⁻³ = (2 x -7)⁻³       (since aⁿ x bⁿ = (ab)ⁿ)

                 = (-14)⁻³            (since a⁻ⁿ = 1/aⁿ)

                 = 1/(-14)³

                 = -1/2744

hope it helps you

2 raised to -3 = 1÷8

=0.125

-7 raised to -3

=1÷-343

now

1÷8* 1÷ -343
