AnswEr :

 \large\longrightarrow {32}^{ \frac{1}{2}  }  \times  {2}^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }

 \large\longrightarrow ({2}^{5})^{ \frac{1}{2} }  \times  {2}^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }

 \large\longrightarrow {2}^{ \frac{5}{2} }  \times  {2}^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }

As Base are Same ; So we will Add the Power.

 \large\longrightarrow {2}^{( \frac{5}{2}  -  \frac{1}{2} )}

 \large\longrightarrow {2}^{ \frac{4}{2} }

 \large\longrightarrow {2}^{2}

 \large\longrightarrow2 \times 2

 \purple{ \large\longrightarrow \huge4}

\huge{\red{\ddot{\smile}}}
