Hello Friend..!!

The answer of u r question is..!!

Given,

 \frac{6x + 1}{3}  + 1 = x -  \frac{3}{6}

 \frac{6x + 1 + 3}{3}  =  \frac{6x - 3}{6}

6(6x + 1 + 3) = 3(6x - 3)

36x + 24 = 18x - 18

18x  = - 42

x =  - 2.33

Thank you..!!
